Our Policies

At Blue Mist, our goal is to provide exceptional customer service at each opportunity. Thank you for viewing and supporting our salon policies put in place to make every client experience as welcoming as possible.

PARKING

Parking can be a little tight during peak hours. We have three designated parking spots in front of the salon with our name listed on the signage. You may also park in any spot designated as "retail parking". BEWARE, Please do not park in any spaces designated for another business or you may be subject to tow. We appreciate your patience with our challenging parking.

WALK INS

We encourage our clients to schedule an initial consultation so that we can ensure we have enough time set aside to accommodate your service and meet one another personally. We will always try and accommodate a walk in but it's not always possible. Our priority will go to anyone with a scheduled service.

RUNNING LATE

Sometimes unforeseen circumstances mean running a little late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may have to ask you to reschedule. Please call us beforehand and we will try to do the same.

NO SHOW/ RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel your reserved appointment we ask for a full 48 hours notice. A cancellation fee of 50% of your service may be charged and a credit card on file might be required to schedule future appointments.

 

CHILD POLICY

We love children, but have many safety concerns throughout the salon and treatment areas that can cause harm to little ones. We ask that they are supervised at all times and are not allowed in the service areas unless they have a scheduled appointment. If your child becomes disruptive, we may have to ask you to reschedule for another time.
