At Blue Mist, our goal is to provide exceptional customer service at each opportunity. Thank you for viewing and supporting our salon policies put in place to make every client experience as welcoming as possible.
PARKING
Plenty of complimentary garage parking is available
WALK INS
We are unable to accept walk ins at this time
RUNNING LATE
Sometimes unforeseen circumstances mean running a little late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may have to ask you to reschedule. Please call us beforehand and we will try to do the same.
NO SHOW/ RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel your reserved appointment we ask for a full 48 hours notice. A cancellation fee of 50% of your service may be charged and a credit card on file might be required to schedule future appointments.
CHILD POLICY
Due to Covid restrictions we are unable to allow guests (including children) in the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment
